These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 111 bat platform, including all betting, casino gaming, payment, and account services available at 111-bat.net. By accessing or using any part of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and 111 bat ("111 bat", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any service offered through 111-bat.net, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.
1. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and all related policies published on 111-bat.net:
- "Platform"The 111 bat website accessible at https://111-bat.net, including all sub-pages, services, software, mobile-optimised interfaces, and associated tools.
- "Member"Any adult individual aged 18 years or older who has successfully completed registration and holds an active account on the 111 bat Platform.
- "Account"The personal, non-transferable account created by a Member upon completing the registration process, used to access all Platform services.
- "Wallet"The BDT-denominated balance held within a Member's Account, funded by deposits and credited with winnings, bonuses, and promotional awards.
- "BDT / ৳"Bangladeshi Taka — the sole currency in which all transactions, balances, bets, and payouts on the Platform are processed and displayed.
- "Bonus"Any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or reward credited to a Member's Account under the terms of a specific 111 bat promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
- "KYC"Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 111 bat requires Members to complete before processing any withdrawal from the Platform.
- "Restricted Territory"Any jurisdiction in which access to or use of online betting and casino services is expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
2. Eligibility & Age Restriction
18+ Only — Strict Age Enforcement
The 111 bat Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Persons under the age of 18 are expressly prohibited from registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any betting or gaming activity on this Platform. 111 bat reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and to immediately close any account found to belong to a person under 18 years of age.
To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the 111 bat Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
- You are not located in, a resident of, or a national of any Restricted Territory in which your participation in online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by local law.
- You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
- You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of 111 bat or any of its affiliated game providers.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from the 111 bat Platform or had an account permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
111 bat reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances held across duplicate accounts.
Verification of Eligibility: By completing the registration process, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete, and that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above. 111 bat may at any time request documentary proof of age, identity, address, or source of funds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by our compliance team may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.
3. Account Registration
Each Member may hold exactly one (1) account on the 111 bat Platform. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether directly or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any funds, bonuses, or winnings held therein.
3.1 Registration Information
During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information current and to notify 111 bat of any changes promptly by contacting our support team via live chat.
3.2 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. 111 bat strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account immediately after registration. You agree to notify 111 bat immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 111 bat will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
3.3 KYC and Identity Verification
Before processing any withdrawal, 111 bat requires all Members to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This process requires you to submit clear copies of:
- A valid government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
- A recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your residential address (dated within the past three months).
- Where required by our compliance team: a selfie holding your ID, or documentation evidencing your source of funds.
111 bat aims to complete standard KYC reviews within a few hours of receiving complete documentation. Accounts that fail to complete KYC will have withdrawals suspended until verification is finalised. 111 bat's compliance decisions regarding KYC are final.
3.4 Account Currency
All 111 bat accounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). There are no multi-currency options. All deposits, withdrawals, bets, winnings, and bonus values are expressed and settled in BDT. No currency conversion is applied — what you deposit in BDT is what you see in your wallet.
4. Deposits & Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
111 bat currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels, all operating in BDT:
- Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
- Card Payments: Visa, Mastercard
- Bank Transfer: Available via Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other participating Bangladeshi financial institutions
4.2 Deposit Terms
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Standard deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your 111 bat wallet instantly upon confirmation of the transfer. 111 bat does not charge a processing fee on standard deposit amounts; however, your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 111 bat accepts no responsibility.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts registered to third parties are prohibited and will trigger an immediate compliance review. 111 bat reserves the right to return deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources and to freeze the associated 111 bat account pending investigation.
4.3 Withdrawal Terms
Withdrawals are available to Members who have successfully completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. 111 bat reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals to a new payment channel.
Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:
- bKash / Nagad / Rocket / Upay: Typically processed within a few hours of request approval.
- Visa / Mastercard: Typically 1–3 banking days.
- Bank Transfer: Typically 1–5 banking days depending on the receiving institution.
111 bat does not charge withdrawal fees on standard amounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Members may not withdraw funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before satisfying the applicable turnover requirement will result in the cancellation of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from that bonus.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering
111 bat operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) principles. The Platform employs transaction monitoring to detect suspicious activity. Deposits made to the Platform must not represent proceeds from illegal activity. Any Member found to be using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or financial crime will have their account immediately closed, all funds frozen, and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.
5. Bonuses & Promotions
111 bat offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term prevails for that offer.
5.1 General Bonus Rules
- Each bonus offer is available once per Member, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly. They must be converted to real-money funds by satisfying the applicable wagering requirement before withdrawal.
- Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases, the deposit amount) must be turned over in qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated clearly in each offer's individual terms.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino and table games typically contribute at a reduced rate compared to slots. Specific contribution rates are published with each relevant promotion.
- 111 bat reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn while Members are actively working toward a wagering requirement, 111 bat will honour reasonable accrued progress at its discretion.
- Bonuses obtained through abusive, exploitative, or collusive behaviour (including matched betting, arbitrage, or exploiting software errors) will be voided without notice and the Member's account may be closed.
5.2 Seasonal and Event Promotions
111 bat periodically offers seasonal promotions aligned with events relevant to Bangladesh, including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day (December 16), Independence Day (March 26), BPL season, IPL season, and T20 World Cup tournaments. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms and availability windows, which will be communicated via the Platform at the time of launch.
6. Betting & Gaming Rules
By placing bets or playing casino games on the 111 bat Platform, you agree to be bound by the specific rules governing each product. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming products:
6.1 Sports Betting
- All sports bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or transferred.
- 111 bat reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event affected by suspected match-fixing, data errors, or pricing anomalies. In such cases, the original stake is returned to the Member's wallet.
- Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international cricket and football fixtures. In-play odds are updated in real time; network latency is the Member's responsibility.
- Maximum stake limits and payout caps apply per market and are displayed within the bet placement interface. 111 bat reserves the right to adjust these limits for individual accounts without notice if irregular betting patterns are detected.
6.2 Casino and Slot Games
- All casino games available on the 111 bat Platform are sourced from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These games operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and have published, independently verified return-to-player (RTP) percentages.
- Game malfunctions — including software errors, connectivity interruptions, or display glitches — void all affected game rounds, and stakes are returned to the Member's wallet. 111 bat is not liable for disruptions caused by your internet connection or device.
- The outcome of all RNG-based games is determined at the moment the game round is initiated and cannot be influenced by any external party, including 111 bat.
6.3 Responsible Use of Gaming Sessions
Members are encouraged to set pre-session budgets, use session time reminders, and take regular breaks. 111 bat's responsible gaming tools — including deposit limits, loss limits, and session time alerts — are available directly within your account settings panel. 7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 111 bat Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where applicable, reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
- Multiple accounts: Registering, operating, or benefiting from more than one account on the Platform.
- Identity fraud: Providing false, stolen, or fabricated personal information during registration or KYC, or impersonating another individual.
- Underage gambling: Accessing or using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age, or facilitating access by minors.
- Collusion and cheating: Coordinating with other Members or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including chip dumping, card marking, or exploiting software vulnerabilities.
- Bonus abuse: Using systematic betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms, including matched betting, arbitrage, or value exploitation across promotional offers.
- Money laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
- Automated betting tools: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with casino games outside of normal human gameplay.
- Chargebacks: Initiating a fraudulent payment chargeback or dispute after receiving services or winnings from the Platform.
- Offensive conduct: Using the Platform's communication channels (live chat, support tickets) to send abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing messages to 111 bat staff or other Members.
111 bat's determination of whether a Member has engaged in prohibited conduct is final and binding. We reserve the right to delay withdrawal processing while an investigation into suspected prohibited conduct is ongoing.
8. Account Suspension & Closure
8.1 Closure by 111 bat
111 bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
- Suspected involvement in fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity.
- Discovery that the Member does not satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.
- At 111 bat's sole discretion, where continued operation of the account is deemed contrary to the Platform's interests or those of its Members.
Where an account is closed for cause (i.e., due to a breach or suspected prohibited conduct), 111 bat reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where no breach is established following investigation, any withheld balance attributable to the Member's own deposited funds (net of any bonus winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned via the Member's registered payment method.
8.2 Voluntary Closure by Member
Members may request voluntary closure of their account at any time by contacting 111 bat support via live chat. Before processing a closure request, 111 bat will verify the identity of the requesting Member and confirm any outstanding balance position. Members are encouraged to withdraw any remaining real-money balance prior to requesting account closure. Voluntary closures take effect within 24 hours of confirmed identity verification.
8.3 Self-Exclusion
Members who wish to take a break from gambling for wellbeing reasons may activate a self-exclusion directly from their account settings panel, without needing to contact support. Self-exclusion periods are available from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, login access is blocked and any marketing communications are suspended. To reinstate an account after a temporary self-exclusion, Members must contact support and observe any mandatory cooling-off period. Permanent self-exclusions cannot be reversed. 8.4 Inactive Accounts
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 111 bat will contact the Member at the registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied. An administrative fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the balance of inactive accounts following the notification period, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Members may reactivate an inactive account at any time by logging in and completing any outstanding KYC requirements.

General Legal Provisions
Amendments to These Terms
111 bat reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, 111 bat will provide reasonable notice via a notice on the Platform or by email to the registered address. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Members who do not accept the revised Terms must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111 bat's total liability to any Member arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — is limited to the amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. 111 bat is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data, arising out of your use of the Platform.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising between a Member and 111 bat that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure should be referred to binding arbitration conducted in English. 111 bat's internal complaints process requires Members to submit a written complaint via the live chat support channel before escalating to any external dispute resolution mechanism.
Entire Agreement
These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 111 bat with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings, whether oral or written.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
